Gregory J. Tate – M.B.A. President

Mr. Tate holds an MBA from the Samuel J. Silberman School of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Mr. Tate is a well respected executive and entrepreneur with nearly 2 decades of corporate leadership and project management experience.  Mr. Tate is responsible for the day-to-day management of all business functions, and also serves as the primary lead on all land-use planning and due-diligence functions, including Wetlands consulting and mitigation planning. 

Alexander Zeiger – R.L.S. Survey Dept. Mgr.

Mr. Zeiger brings more than 25 years experience platting property lines throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.  Mr. Zeiger lead the design, development and implementation of an extensive mapping and geographic information system (GIS) for Callaway Gardens - a 14,000 acre golf and recreational development located in Pine Mountain, Georgia.  Mr. Geiger is licensed in Alabama and Georgia.

Paul Harper – P.E. Project Engineer
Mr. Harper - a 1987 civil engineering graduate of the University of Kentucky.  Mr. Harper has directed more than 100 civil public works projects including: hydrology studies and modeling, municipal solid waste designs, and DOT roadway designs.  Mr. Harper is licensed in Alabama and Georgia.
